MANUFACTURING COMPONENTS AND FINISHED PRODUCTS FROM STAINLESS STEEL, ALUMINUM AND COPPER FOR INDUSTRY
Nova Metale, as part of the production division MCM / METAL COMPONENTS MANUFACTURER, is capable of manufacturing components and even complete products from stainless steel, aluminum and copper for various industries. MCM provides comprehensive services, including 2D laser cutting of sheets, 3D laser cutting of tubes and profiles, sheet bending, deburring, welding, and more.
Nova Metale, to fulfill orders, uses its own stainless steel, aluminum and copper materials (coils, strips, sheets, etc.) and those provided by customers. These materials undergo processing on modern production lines, ensuring the highest quality of production.
STAINLESS STEEL
Cold and hot-rolled coils are used as a feedstock for the production of stainless sheets and strips. While within the scope of surface treatment we use cold rolled sheets as a feedstock.
Stainless steel sheets and coils used as a feedstock for production are made in accordance with the applicable standards:
- cold rolled: EN 10088-2, EN 10028-7, EN ISO 9445-2
- hot rolled: EN 10088-2, EN 10028-7, EN ISO 9444-2

SURFACE:
- hot rolled metal sheets/coils: 1D
- cold rolled metal sheets/coils:
- 2B – mat surface (rolling finish)
- BA – brightened surface (rolling finish)
- grind: 80, 120, 180, 240, 320, 400, 4NT (finish made in Nova Metale on the request)
- brush: DB (finish executed in Nova Metale on request)
- DUPLO - grind + brush (finish executed in Nova Metale on request)
ALUMINUM
Coils made in accordance with applicable standards EN 485-1, EN 485–2, EN 485–3, EN 485-4, EN 573-3, EN 515. are used as a feedstock for the production of aluminum sheets and strips.

COPPER
Coils made in accordance with applicable standards are used as a feedstock for the production of copper sheets and strips.
APPLICABLE STANDARDS:
PN-EN 13599:2014-04 (copper plates, sheets and strips for electrical purposes)
PN-EN 1652:1999 (copper plates, sheets, strips and discs for general purposes)
PN-EN 1172:2012 (copper sheets and strips for construction)
GRADES:
CHARACTERISTICS
Cu-ETP - high electrical conductivity electrolytic copper
Cu-HCP - phosphorus-deoxidized high electrical conductivity copper
Cu-OF - oxygen-free high electrical conductivity copper, containing at least 99,95% Cu
Cu-DLP - phosphorus-deoxidized copper with low phosphorus content
Cu-DHP - phosphorus-deoxidized copper with high phosphorus content
